PAELLA NIGHTS are a monthly dinner series from Chef Sandra Cordero. The 4-course menu includes a snack, appetizer, paella to share & dessert. Classic & seasonal tapas can be added on the night of, along with wine pairings, beer & sangria. The menu changes monthly & can be made vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free.
